When do you gift this pack?

Parents usually receive their Bookstart+ pack from their health visitor when their toddler is aged 18-30 months. If this has not occurred, they may ask at their local library. Please ask them to show their health record book before you gift their pack.

NB. Parents and their children do not have to join the library to receive your Bookstart+ pack.
